On February 1, 2023, which was day 2 of the campaigns in Ibarapa Zone, Governor Seyi Makinde led other Oyo State PDP candidates to Ibarapa East Local Government Area. Their first stop was in Eruwa where they flagged off the Ido-Eruwa Road reconstruction and rehabilitation project.
